1. Stop Eating / Drinking these 5 foods

Sugar / Fructose
Soy & anything else that comes in a jar or box (processed food)

2. Eat protein at least 4 times daily especially at breakfast
Protein is 5 times more thermogenic to the metabolism than carbohydrates & fat/s or oils
Protein keeps you fuller longer & helps to balance blood sugar levels throughout the day.

3. Sleep Well between 10pm & 6am
