I have organized a social event, a LOCAL BUSH WALK & ENERGY BUILDING DAY for anyone that might be interested ..
Sunday the 25th of May
We are going for a bush walk around Manly Dam
We leave section 1 of the Car Park @ 12 pm
As you all know i am a big believer in relaxation methods & balancing out the YIN & YANG forces for optimal health & there is no better place than in the bush with a group of like minded people to practice belly breathing, relaxation & cultivating energy (CHI).
Everything these days is go .. go .. go (YANG Energy) .
We all need more YIN cultivating energy to balance out our very busy lifestyles, when the Yin & Yang forces are out of balance training goals are harder to achieve, energy levels are lower than optimal, cold’s & flu’s show up more often & life becomes a struggle.
On our walk we will stop a couple of times along the way & i will share the basics of energy building, some simple techniques to improve breathing technique & to create relaxation within a matter of minutes that you can take home & continue to practice in the comfort of your own back yard.
On the day you are more than welcome to bring a friend or family member that you think might enjoy our day together.
From memory the walk is approx 90 minutes in duration so allow a good 2 hour round trip.
Plus for anyone keen to hang around after bring a feed, i will be having a late lunch on the grass (hopefully in the sun) afterwards, so bring some food with you!
Things to bring with you
Comfortable appropriate shoes – the walking track is a little rocky in parts but nothing to serious.
A water bottle
A plate of HEALTHY whole foods..
& a smile :-)))
Things not to bring
Any electrical devices actually
No watches preferably
& definitely no children, sorry!
This is a chance for all of us to leave our stresses at home for the day & get back to where we have come from…the bush! Where things are simple & peaceful!!
