Healthy Chocolate & Nut Slice

Ingredients:•50g’s of fresh coconut flesh or Organic desiccated coconut •1/2 Cup Almonds •1/2 Cup Walnuts •1/2 Cup Sunflower seeds •½ Cup Pumpkin seeds •3 Tbs Organic Cacao powder •1/2 Cup Organic Dates de-seeded •1/2 Cup Coconut Flour or Almond meal or Almond flour •1/2 cup Extra Virgin Coconut oil melted •1 small Tbs Raw Honey •1 Pinch of Celtic Sea SaltInstructions: Put everything in a blender & blend it all up. Press into a tray lined with grease proof paper. Refrigerate for about an hour.. Cut into cubes & keep refrigerated YUM..!, The slice is high in anti-oxidants but also the Lauric acid from the coconut oil helps to metabolizefat which makes this nutritional sound & dense – perfect for a snack on the run.
