1. Take a 10-30 minute walk most days & while you walk smile. It is the ultimate anti-depressant.
2. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day & live that 10 mins in that 10 mins (Present) Buy a lock if you have to.
3. When you wake up in the morning complete the following statement,
My purpose is to…………………………………………………………today.
•50g’s of fresh coconut flesh or Organic desiccated coconut
•1/2 Cup Almonds
•1/2 Cup Walnuts
•1/2 Cup Sunflower seeds
•½ Cup Pumpkin seeds
•3 Tbs Organic Cacao powder
•1/2 Cup Organic Dates de-seeded
•1/2 Cup Coconut Flour or Almond meal or Almond flour
•1/2 cup Extra Virgin Coconut oil melted
•1 small Tbs Raw Honey
•1 Pinch of Celtic Sea SaltInstructions:
Put everything in a blender & blend it all up.
Press into a tray lined with grease proof paper.
Refrigerate for about an hour..
Cut into cubes & keep refrigerated
